How To Access Copies of LOA and Documentation In Accommodate
Any student registered with the DRC who intends on using their accommodations must provide faculty with an accommodation letter (via email). We encourage students to contact their faculty directly to discuss how accommodations will apply to their class. The DRC is available for assistance as needed.
Once a Letter of Accommodation (LOA) is created, the DRC will send a PDF of the letter directly to the student through Accommodate. LOAs do not expire, so while student’s always have the option to update their LOA with the DRC as needed, the same LOA can be used for their entire college career. Please remember, every semester, it is the student’s responsibility to share their LOA with their professors.
You can access all copies of your Letter of Accommodation and any disability documentation you have uploaded to Accommodate by logging in via the DRC website. Step by step instructions are below.
