Michelle Coles is the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Specialist at the Disability Resource Center. She has spent the past five years of her career advocating and providing equal access to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in different sectors. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago in Deaf Studies, Michelle worked to develop multiple group homes in the Twin Cities area that focused on Deaf and HOH residence for two years. She then moved back to Chicago and worked to provide equal access to Deaf and HOH individuals in employment. Michelle is always looking for new and innovative ways to support and work with the Deaf community!
